After hearing Glenn and SFC Stube talk about the values in the Army&#039;s NCOER, I decided to create a Legislator Evaluation Form. I have been in the Army for 10 years, and have been through the NCOER process many times. I took the Army&#039;s NCOER and adapted it, included many of the values on it, and some from the 9/12 project. Please check out the website and pass around the information.
