There were two covers sold there, but the one that I know for sure has Sunset Shimmer's story is Andy Price's. If you want to buy a comic for the Sunset Shimmer story, do yourself a favor and buy the Comic Con exclusive version of issue 9. Better cover and a better story to go with it, even if you've read it already.
