en-us https://www.intensedebate.com/users/167763 Comments by Randy http://www.kval.com/news/28214314.html#IDComment6164053 I personally am getting pretty tired of the tactics used any time a branch of government needs more money.I am not too certain that it is legal to start banging on doors and demanding that you buy a dog license if you don't already have one.Especially if your dog is a small house dog and does not run the neighborhood.And you not only are told you have to have a license,first you either have to have a rabies tag or purchase this as well.Just another ploy to get our dollars.Its been many years since I have heard of a dog giving someone rabies.And a good many dogs do not have a rabies shot.The next thing we will be told is that they will be doing a door to door house check to see if our children are licensed and have all the current shots.Probably just as legal as forcing this on our pets.Afterall a lot of these pets are more like family members and loved just as much as you would a child.Why not go door to door and charge a fee for all the government or county employees.That would generate a ton of money which is all they are after in the first place.
