You should put ur phone into dfu mode . you keep the power and the menu button pressed for 20 sec ull c a pictuer of an pinaple then a man now ur pc should detect ur phone and then restore it with itunes. restore it and install cidya then u ll be able to install yellowsn0w and the arrer should work .
