If I recall, someone noted that her design was flipped a few times earlier on (as if to represent this isn't quite right, just his rough vision of her), but at the very end - when Steven acknowledges the non-idealized truths about her - the design matched the real Rose more.

I wasn't certain if Mark had mistaken Greg's tendency to rename the frog Greg found as being a different frog each time, but I guess that's the case.

Naomi's a wonderful actress, that moment when they find Neelix in the corridor her "Neelix! Neelix..." was so earnestly sad that it hurt.

I love this episode (and most Seven episodes) though I think it would have been nice to see either Tuvok and/or Neelix stay awake with the rest. It would have made most sense. I also keep wishing for more Tuvok and Seven interaction, maybe kind of as a nod to Infinite Regress.

ETA, because I remembered, I really liked the moment when Naomi said to Seven that she didn't want to be alone. Seems like a nice call back to the episode One and Seven also not wanting to be alone.

In this instance I really feel like the writers stretched Janeway's characterization in order to make a statement with the story. I agree, it reads out of character for her to compare the Doctor to a replicator.

Poor Smoky Quartz. All of Steven's and Amethysts positive AND negative attributes - their self-esteem issues - all rolled into one, and then Sardonyx realizing the huge error she did by trying to apply her and other fusions own talents to Smoky and making them feel bad. That dawning realization as she listens to Smoky put themselves down towards the end was like oH NO
