Sounds like a very good program and a great incentive to purchase a new automobile….you can bet Detroit is jumping with joy!! How are the people who rushed into this going to make the payments on a new car? Will we see this backfire on the economy again like the housing market did in a short time? I do not see how giving away money is going to fix anything that is really wrong in the economy…it can only add to the problem in the long run. When these temporarily rich folks run out of money again, what happens then? You can locate the poorest and most down trodden person on the face of the earth, give him/her a few thousand dollars and they would be up and going strong. If they do not know how to manage the money or are able to obtain gainful employment to sustain the flow of the money, in a short time when it is all gone again, this person will not only be back into the same position as before, but likely will be in worse shape. This is nothing more than generalized welfare and it will not work in the long run except to cause a lot more misery to many more people.

Enough said.....I am very glad this man has won the dream of a lifetime...I envy him greatly to a degree. It is a shame he is apparently so stupid to blow the money on frivilous things and in a short time of a year or so will be back as an unemployed bum. Hopefully he will at least take care of his Family before he goes off on a bender and does the normal stupid things of an overnight Millionaire does showing the world he is now wealthy and stupid at the same time............ My good man, take 2% of the money and feed your immediate frenzy....put the balance in a fund that only pays you a good living for the next 50 years....do not go stupid overnight and wake up a pauper!

I totally agree with burning this guy good...but the CCW charge is a little much for a pocket knife. A little overkill by the police??
