A hole in the wall on about Hiawatha and lake street Minneapolis pays about $10,000 a year in property taxes while the same hole in the wall in Fridley pays about $4,000 or less a year in property taxes. I know this because I am looking to move also. It is not worth having a business in Minneapolis unless you accept EBT cards.
