Breitbart.com : Merkel taking Europe in wrong direction: Soros

After doing everything he could to bring down the world economy, now Soros is demonizing the Germans for not giving Greece a blank check. We have reached the end of the road. The days of borrowing our way to prosperity are over. The bills are due, the party is over.

It was one last try to pull the same filthy stunt they did with health care. This shows clearly how totally corrupt the democrat leadership really is. They are evil incarnate, doing the bidding of their wicked leader.

As a practical matter it is being done already in Chinese and Indian laboratories, but I don't understand the liberal mind. They lie awake at night worrying about the environment and nuclear war, which are not a real threat to our existence, but welcome diddling with the most dangerous and basic thing in the universe, the human genome. This and biological weapons are how we can really kill off the entire species.

Yes, evict the criminals and develop the property. Quit wasting our money on that stupidity. It is time for a whole new direction for this country, a return to sanity.

Big Hollywood : Top 15 Films of the New Millennium

I agree. This is a film that would benefit from a "directors cut" that goes back and redoes the last forty minutes. This could have been one of the great films of all time, but instead will be remembered for a couple of great performances. The scene near the beginning in the gas station with Bardem is absolutely riveting. He is terrifying in his absolute absence of compassion.

I have watched it several times just to enjoy the individual performances and still feel they missed the boat. It just leaves me unfulfilled at the end. It's anti-climatic and the way the Brolin character gets offed after the build-up is just unbelievable.

No Country for Old Men was good only for the performances of the main characters. The plot disappointed, especially at the end. The performance of Javier Bardem was riveting. They missed an opportunity to highlight the confrontation between he and Josh Brolin.

You don't even have enough smarts to realize that it takes energy to run your PC and the servers that make it possible for dumb liberals like you to spew gibberish on the internet. I am amazed that your brain can generate enough energy to power you fingers enough to post.

Breitbart.com : AP Newsbreak: Obama looks at climate engineering

I have to disagree. I have seen plenty of photos showing planes laying grids in the sky. There is plenty of evidence, but what is not evident is the purpose. It might not be anything sinister at all. I have heard some mention of them being a conductive medium for the HAARP program, which is a real scientific endeavor. HAARP has a web page and there is a lot of info, but nothing about the spraying which has obviously been done. Now I don't know if it is still being done at this time. It seems as if it is less common the last couple of years.

Here's the thing. Those events are staffed by people who are trying to prove they're right. They don't abide dissent. 31000 scientists presented a petition to Congress last year disputing the theory. Do you realize that most countries do not subscribe to the theory? Canada,Russia,China,India,Japan all dispute the theory and refuse to go along at this point. Japan has backed away from Kyota. They have determined it is a natural cycle. It would be a futile effort at any rate. When you impose cap and trade or co2 taxation the result will be a massive increase in cost that will send the jobs and the co2 to those countries that won't participate. What good does that do? About 25% of the population of the US lives in heating country. We have to use natural gas to heat. I have insulated my home to the max and replaced the windows and installed a high efficiency furnace. I am maxed out in regards to energy efficiency. It isn't fair to quadruple my utility bill. I can't cut my consumption without being cold in the winter and hot in the summer. We know for a fact that our planet goes through these cycles. Spraying pollutants intentionally into the atmosphere is very dangerous. If we have a sustained cooling period it could make it much worse. We can live with warmth, but even a couple of degrees of average cooling would devastate crop production and starve millions. It is insanity to even discuss. If you want to reduce co2 so badly the practical compromise is build nuclear reactors to fuel co2 sequestration units. They would remove co2 from the atmosphere and pump it deep into the earth. We could live with that. We can't live with the other proposals. You want to turn our lifestyles upside down over this and it will not fly.

Hate to break it to you but co2 is not a pollutant. It is naturally occurring, every time you exhale your little liberal brain benefits from exhaling co2. We should address REAL pollution, but not made up pollution for the sake of raising taxes.
