<description>I don&amp;#039;t think there is any mystery as to why there is no hurry to fill the positions under Geithner. If there were people under him, someone might have a differing view or downright oppose his view.  Can&amp;#039;t have that.  Additionally, when planning unconstitutional agendas, you have to come up with ideas on how to window-dress these issues to make them palatable.  The less voices of concern, the better. God help us. </description>
