It is a great BBQ, but about a year ago, I didn't have any gas and cooked my steak on my backup charcoal Weber. I couldn't believe the difference and what I had been missing all those years. I will still use the Summit for large parties/cookouts, but when it comes to my steak, it's going on the charcoal. I think a Green Egg is in my future.
