he he he .. lessee .. Put the "stun Belt" up around his chest ( so the heart is between the contact points ) .. click the button, and - OOPS - the button is stuck .. takes 30 full seconds to unstick it .. awww .. sorry 'bout that .. heh! .. ( 50,000 volts for 30 full seconds .. that should do it .. especially, if you can make it run through him at a rate of about 10 Amps .. ;-)
