I was fond of the Doink character as a kid. The "Whoopie Cushion" always seemed like such a dangerous finisher.

It might make more sense if it wasn't two WWE guys and one MMA guy as the center piece, maybe add Canelo or Mayweather to make it clearer. As it is it seems like whoever made the banner (and those associated with the shows) thinks Silva is in the WWE.

Well said. I recall (ok, I admit I just youtubed it) once on Nitro when Goldberg held Big Show at full vertical, albeit breifly but still....

Really? Wow, I had no idea. Well now that I have been enlightened I will change my statement to: Goldberg's Jackhammer on The Giant was one of the most impressive moves I have ever seen.

While you are certainly entitled to your opinion, I must disagree with your dismissal of Tarantino.

Tarantino is by far one of the best filmmakers working today.

While that may make him the world's tallest midget being as there are so few good filmmakers working today (Paul Anderson comes to mind), I certainly don't think that you can take credit away from him.

Aside from Natural Born Killers and the Kill Bill volumes (just not my cup of tee), I don't see where Tarantino's script writing abilities can be called into question

While Pulp Fiction has become an oft quoted cult hit, it really is an excellent story and commentary on religion, and he has shown true range during his career, stemming away from the gangster motif of his earlier films with such top notch efforts as From Dusk Till Dawn, Inglorious Basterds and Django Unchained.

Also, I must take umbrage with your reference to Martin Scorsese in your earlier post relating to Tarantino's lack of heart. Certainly Scorsese had an excellent beginning to his career, and clearly showed heart with Mean Streets, Raging Bull, and Taxi Driver, but he hasn't made an original film since Goodfellas. Then the academy chose to recognise him for The Departed, which, while a good movie, was chock full of scenes borrowed from his own previous works (Example: the scene where DiCaprio is working out in his cell as the camera pans was taken directly from Cape Fear). I think David Spade summed up his career best on The Hollywood Minute: "Casino; Caseenitalready when it was called Goodfellas."
