The barrage of lawsuits is evidence of just how sick our system is. It is broken! To the point of FUBAR! The opposition bullies many individuals legally; sapping away precious time and money. They have an agenda. The end of Constitutional Rights and Powers is their agenda. The system isn't full of B.S. cause you can shovel that stuff out. No the system is rotted with gangrene. 1st: May Sarah Palin draw closer to her family; her greatest treasures. 2nd: If she desires to continue in the political arena she is a powerful magnet needed to rally at the grass roots level. That is the ONLY way to save America now. She could prove a very powerful asset to rally the common folk, who are the Americans.

In this world there is always going to be bad guys who have no respect for other people. They will rob, steal, lie and murder. They will never go away. Upright citizens have every right to defend themselves. The most dangerous type of crime to defend against is organized crime in the form of government. How many governments in recent history have committed mass murders to their people? Self defense is a right that belongs to the individual and individuals collectively hire lawmen to keep the peace so they can go about other objectives without having to concentrate on ever vigilant defense of self, family, and property. When a government usurps power so that those who uphold the law are now in the stage of tyranny, then the individuals have every God given right to take back the right to defend themselves because the government has now become a threat and a menace.

President George W Bush is prabably the last American Patriot to sit in the seat of the Presidency. And notice his noble demeanor to Clinton who has derided him. He strongly favored freedom of speech even though so many so strongly opposed him. Freedom of speech is about to be made extinct and so are so many of our other freedoms. As in Venezuala, so in America. As Chavez is destroying their liberty with more and more power grabs, so is this the very same pattern here.

I'm a Nevadan and I've been wanting Reid out of there for a looooooooong time! Now he has done such a great job of commiting political suicide that it will go down in the history books: Reid worst Nevada Senator EVER! Enemy of the Constitution. Problem is Nevada GOP is lagging. They could have beat him in 04 IF they had their act together. But they did a lousy job of getting Ziser publicized in enough time. For what little their was he did pretty good against Reid. If they had got off their seats Reid would have EASILY lost! If they don't get their act together this time and he wins Nevada GOP should be fired! Independent or None of the Above: If enough people voted the latter would it have any bite?

I worry that if, We the People do stand up for Our Constitution, the left will call on the Chinese, this governments creditors for assistance. The left has sold out Americans. As far as the flu and other phenomenon lke that don't forget about an important factor oftne overlooked. That factor is GOD! Part 2 4. The US Constitution was designed to secure the rights of individual citizens. Human rights came from God. People form governments to protect these rights. People are superior to the governments they form. 5. All men are bound to sustain and uphold the the respective government in which they reside, WHILE protected in their inherent and inalienable rights by the laws of such governments. 6. The Founding Fathers did think of that and formed the Constitution for that end. Each of us have different talents from one another and some are even more gifted and thus excel even more. The outcomes of our individual efforts depends on the person. Then those with more talent usually do enrich the lives of their fellows, not through a had out but by a help up. And they do it of their own free will not being forced to by someone else including the government. And this is why America is so good. This is why Americans have given of their substance more than any other people on earth.

Part 1 1. America is good; in fact it is great. This is a statement against those who keep demeaning America and thus Americans. This country is only as good as the people in it. Yes it has flaws but the people keep growing and learning. It has been and still is the greatest provider for human needs through out the world. 2. Your comment is true in some instances, but for many, they know God individually and personally. 3. ONE definition says that honesty is to be without conscious deciet. Yes criminals try using that as a way to wiggle out but as we continue forward in life we keep learning more. Honesty can become much more refined.

Our Founding Fathers included a very powerful within the Constitution of the United States of America to prevent the Federal government from turning tyrannical: Article V gives the States the Right to call for a Constitutional Convention. 2/3 of the States are needed to call for a Convention and 3/4 of the States are required to Ratify it! The People of the individual States can call State Conventions. This will put the power behind the punch of these movements. We have a right to take Our Country back from tyranny and to clean up the corruption AND bring to justice many in the Federal Government. Don't forget about the House and Senate and all the dirty worms that are beaurocrats. Beaurocrats have become a leech in the Constitutional Government. And many of these people are very anti-American!

I have watched and observed the politicians a long time now. I used to agree with you about all politicians being corrupt, but I have learned otherwise. There really are genuine Patriots who want to serve their country and their countrymen, but the landscape and the environment of the beltway has become so vile that such Patriots are hindered in there efforts. I believe that the People of various States should also hold State Constitutional Conventions to give attitude adjustments there as well. The Constitution of the United States of America is a Document to protect the Sovereignty of the People. It has been eroded down to where the Elites claim that Sovereignty. We are very near to the reign of Kings, nobles and peasants again. Article V is Our means to restore Sovereignty and the role of Government back to its proper role. USE IT OR LOSE IT!
