The Crowbar : My Exciting New Project

The "Church," if you're referring to Greater Christianity, is a vital part of the private charity equation. It is not the only part of the equation. There are many, many non-religious organizations that provide vital services. My idea is not to replace or usurp private charity, but to support it taking on a greater role in American society, to grow it large enough to compete with coerced government charity. The idea is to convince most Americans that, eventually, government charity is unnecessary, harmful, and prone to political corruption (aka vote buying).

The Crowbar : Depraved Left Uses Carl Paladino Scandal To Smear the Tea Party

U obviously didn't read the post. The smear is that Paladino somehow represents the Tea Party. He was a Democrat until the political winds changed.

I wonder how Mad King Charles manages to suppress that ever-shrinking voice telling him he's gone off the deep end. There's a limit to how many times one can double down.

Macleans.ca : Where have you gone, Rutherford B. Hayes?

Good piece overall. The idea behind "death panels" is exactly the "existence of economic scarcity." I'd scarcely consider voicing such a genuine concern "yelping."

Big Hollywood : Who's 'Like Hitler?' -- Not Rush Limbaugh...

I'm officially your fan, Zo! Today's liberals are only a few steps away from becoming full fledged Nazis. For the clueless: you don't have to hate Jews or Blacks to be a National Socialist American Workers (Democratic) Party member. The new "super-race" would be ideologically-based instead of race-based.
