Okay, this card is cool but the card designer missed out on some card details.

1st- it shouldn't say "Basic Pokemon", it should say "LEGEND"
2nd- when a card has a Poke-Power, each word in the title is capitalized (such as Lugia LEGEND's Ocean Grow)
3rd- the attack name should receive the same treatment with capitalization
4th- the art should not cover the copyright information found on the bottom of each card (or the left side when viewing them together like this)
5th- the power and attack needs better wording, (remove 4 counters, then choose to either discard the top card of your opponent's deck or discard an energy attached to the defending Pokemon) (discard your opponent's hand)
6th- weakness, resistance, and retreat cost should not be capitalized.
7th- the energy symbols are usually rotated in LEGEND cards (though it is possible they are, with the colorless symbol's design)
8th- no set number or symbols
