9 to 5 Mac | Apple Intelligence : It's obvious now? The next iPhone is called...“the new iPhone"

How is it confusing? It's the iPad. Pretty simple. Just like the MacBook Pro is the MacBook Pro, the MacBook Air is the MacBook Air, the iMac is the iMac, etc. Or are all of those confusing too?

9 to 5 Mac | Apple Intelligence : ABC's Foxconn iFactory special [Video]. 'We didn't find any egregious violations'

It's a job. It isn't forced labor. If they hate working there so much, leave and find someplace else to do meaningless tasks. With that being said, they probably won't find a whole lot of jobs that don't require a degree, will pay more, and have better working conditions. This is China, not America. We can't expect them to have the same labor laws and such as we have here.

I did not imply that cellular data was everywhere. Cellular data is more available however. Why would they put Siri in a device that could only use it on Wi-Fi, when Wi-Fi isn't as available as cellular data? They would also use it as a marketing technique: Buy the more expensive iPad because not only can you use it in more places more easily, it also has Siri!

yes Wi-Fi is network access but it certainly isn't available all over the place yet. While some places do have public access to Wi-Fi, it isn't always free and there are still many places that don't have decent public access to Wi-Fi, which wouldn't make Siri practical on a Wi-Fi only iPad
