Why do we offer insurance (Or aid for that matter) to these people. Every year the same thing happens and we continue to "Declare a disaster" over and over again for them. I'm thinking I should just build my next house in January in the middle of Lake Minnetonka and buy flood insurance just in case the ice melts in April and sinks it. How stupid!
