A face saving remark, I would say. The fact and reality remains that PKR have actually won with an increased majority! Do not look at the numbers alone, look at the percentage of valid votes in favor of PKR: This by-election PKR 59.57%. GE 13, PKR 57.99% . A 1.58% increase in majority.

Lodge a police report against Zahid! Never mind that he is the HM himself; just for the record and a matter of principle.

The Court of Appeal made the right decision and judgement based on the facts and arguments presented by the defence. The big question is, are the mistakes made by the prosecutor/AG due to pure negligence or was it intentional? It is hard to believe that the prosecutor/AG can be so negligent and incompetent!

Unlikely to be approved and implemented. I believe the whole thing is just a charade/eye wash to please the public, but with the whole intention to set the accused free and cover up the real culprits!

This is going to be very interesting indeed! :

1. The duo were freed because common intention was missing/not established (by the
prosecutor/AG) according to the Court of Appeal. Now was the omission to establish
the common intention intentional or caused by negligence?
2. Now let see whether the AG will take any action. If the AG is really interested to nab
the real culprit(s), they will rearrest the duo and/or charge the suspects that gave
them the order to kill. If there is no action, the AG will lose all credibility! The
public/rakyat will then view the whole subject as just a show and an elaborate cover
up for the real culprit(s)! Time for the AG to prove itself!
