1. The duo were freed because common intention was missing/not established (by the
prosecutor/AG) according to the Court of Appeal. Now was the omission to establish
the common intention intentional or caused by negligence?
2. Now let see whether the AG will take any action. If the AG is really interested to nab
the real culprit(s), they will rearrest the duo and/or charge the suspects that gave
them the order to kill. If there is no action, the AG will lose all credibility! The
public/rakyat will then view the whole subject as just a show and an elaborate cover
up for the real culprit(s)! Time for the AG to prove itself!
