Because as previously reported, the US Cellular Center is too small compared to the venues in Des Moines & the Quad Cities, so we can't compete for the big acts. Apparently, putting a new facade on the outside is going to make it larger on the inside. Or, it will still sit empty, but it will sure look nice as you drive by on 380.

There are over 200 comments and I'm lazy. Did anyone know why it took them a year to charge her ? This is crazy. And Bull ? No one runs when they're high. Physical exertion ? No way.

How is it that someone reported a suspicious person driving the van on Tuesday evening, but it wasn't reported stolen until Wednesday morning ? And guy did his own detective work and tuned the info over to the CRPD ? I'd try to look surprised, but it's late and I'm tired.

I was surprised when I learned that they are tearing the homes down before the buyout is finalized. Doesn't that leave them wide open for potential problems ? Did someone really approve this policy ? And in one case that I know of, they tore down a house that was not on the demolition list. Some of that money has to go into their ooops fund.
