Lyin' Ted was not "born" a citizen just because his mother was (presumably) a US citizen when he was born in the foreign country of Canada. She was still required to file a CRBA form with the US Consulate to notify the US of his birth. The fact that she was (presumably) a US citizen would allow for a faster processing of his citizenship, but still would only make him a Naturalized citizen. He is not and never was a Natural Born Citizen.

Interestingly, Lyin' Ted has never made public his CRBA or any documentation proving US citizenship. We know he was Canadian from birth until 2014, beyond that is anyone's guess. His deception is strikingly similar to Barack Hussein Obama and I wouldn't want him with 100 miles of the Oval Office.

Cruz was recruited in college by CIA just like Obama. Groomed to push the North American Union. There background "stories" are identical. Mark Levin's recent 10 year contract renewal and TV show are CIA funded.

LOL, thanks Trumpster! Sometimes I feel like I'm just preaching to the choir here. Everyone on this site is sharp and gets it and we all just keep agreeing with each other. I just pray that there are lurkers reading these posts who are absorbing the info. That's how I got started as a Birther-Warrior, my eyes started to open back during the 2008 election and I realized I couldn't get the truth from the MSM, I had to find it myself.

Well, we have a sitting President who doesn't have the proper paperwork. Why would you think anyone checked Cruz's creds before he became a Senator? He himself said he didn't know he was Canadian, but apparently he was. Not sure how he got a security clearance without knowing his own citizenship status, unless he lied or provided incorrect information unknowingly in which case you're right, they'll just sweep it under the rug.

I remember way back in the day it was considered a scandal if someone with a high level security clearance had an "undocumented" housekeeper or nanny because they could potential be a security risk. Now, the gov't officials holding the security clearances are the undocumented ones. What a freaking mess this country has become.

You are correct, I worded my statement wrong. What I meant was whether the paperwork was filed shortly after his birth or later, when they moved to the US, doesn't matter.

In simple terms, Ted was born in a foreign country so how would the US gov't know he even existed unless his parent(s) filed paperwork to inform them? No paperwork = no citizenship. What we've been shown so far there is no indication he is a citizen. Living in Texas doesn't make you a citizen! I think he's holding his Senate seat illegally and really wish someone would pursue that issue.
