Beautiful Job PPB and KATU. Must be nice to work at a place that has numerous police officers for cover or assistance. Any attorney that would defend this suspect should be disbarred. Now we as citizens get to pay for this low life to be imprisioned for the next 25 years.

Since inmates are already charged for their stay at the facility, tack on the cost of fingerprinting to the inmate. If it is a must to fingerprint, then do it. But if they can use the previous booking photo to identify, just put a thumb print on the cite since most or cited and released due to overcrowding.

Now DHS needs to hire more service workers for the flood of calls that they already receive. Same old story, too many chiefs, not enough indians. Also, if the people they are talking about are workers for the schools, they are already mandatory reports.

To Off Simpson,
911 calls are generated numerous times thoughout the day by people that don't even know they are calling. Why isn't the police bureau going after these offenders? I know, the commonly used term, they knowingly aren't calling. Well what about recklessly? The cell phone can turn off the emergency 9 button.

The disturbed person is the one that took the picture of the mailman. They could have waited until he was finished the photoed the evidence rather than take a picture of him in the act. I think this is great that he is back on the route...job security. What the postal service does to keep him employed is well within the union rights and disclosure of the repremand is not public domain.
You don't hear of garbagemen getting caught doing this and they do it more often than the letter carrier. The germaphobe that is going to hire an attorney is just 'flushing' money down the toilet.
