Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : News From You

I remember that it sucked. I live around St.louis 97.1 The Rock was my and a lot of other peoples favorite station. Then one day it was gone and a lot of the other stations were all owned by the same company now most of the stations in St. Louis are owned by the same company and they all share D.J. 's. You can hear the same D.J. on 2 or 3 different stations. All these stations should be separate entities with there own employees, Instead they share there employees cutting down on the number of Radio jobs in St. Louis. What a rip off i always thought that was wrong they all play decent music except for the fact that they only play the same 3 songs from each artist over and over agian. I cant stand Nickel Back and Three Doors down now because of those bums they played them at least 3 times an hour each. I worked the night shift we had a radio going all night if you heard nickel back or three doors down you were stuck you could change the station but chances were the next song was nickel back or three doors down. There was no escape.

REPUBLIC versus DEMOCRACY One can see from the numerous quotes at the beginning of this newsletter that our founding fathers HATED democracies, and well knew that democracies always “self-destruct”. Our founding fathers therefore gave us a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC. They did so because they knew that despotism and tyranny were much more likely to occur under the other forms of government, such as democracies, monarchies, etc. They believed that the federal government should be small – and strictly LIMITED by the “chains of the Constitution”. They also believed that government’s LIMITED powers should be divided among three separate branches of government: executive, legislative, and judicial. Shouldn’t we find it just a little bit “interesting” that communists and other assorted socialists and liberals love the terms “social democrats” and “social democracy”? Hard-line communists, before fully taking over many countries around our globe, initially formed “alliances” with “social democrats” and other assorted leftists. Then, once the hard-line communists consolidated power, they dispensed with their “less hard-line” allies. ((By the way, socialism has never worked anywhere for very long. It inevitably leads to the destruction of the middle class, and bankruptcy for the nations that fall under its spell! Oh, the modern-day socialists in America in government are called “liberal Democrats” and “moderate Republicans”.)) We’ve all been in some degree of denial about the success that the “social-change agents” have had in our public school system. Decades ago these enemies of America (the “socialists”, secular humanists, and other lackeys of the globalist rich elite) made “taking control of America’s public school system” one of their top priorities! ((Other top priorities of these enemies of America were taking control of the following: government (especially the federal, but also many state and county governments); the mainstream media; the two largest political parties; the major tax-exempt foundations; many top universities; etc,)) And they’ve been very successful. They’ve rewritten many of our schools’ history textbooks, taken control of the National Education Association, and placed their lackeys in many key government positions dealing with public education. And for decades they have been stealing from many of America’s school-age children by suppressing the truth about America’s Christian heritage, by hiding a lot of American history, and by lying about what type of government we have (i.e., we have a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC, not a democracy). This is terribly WRONG, and it puts our Republic, our God-given rights, and our freedom at great risk! We must immediately put an end to this “slide into the mire of democracy” before it takes us irrevocably down the path of destruction! For the sake of our children and grandchildren we must “roll back” the successes of the liberal, secular humanistic “social-change agents” in our public school systems. We must never forget these words of Fisher Ames: “Every step...towards...democracy is an advance towards destruction...Liberty has never yet lasted long in a democracy; nor has it ever ended in anything better than despotism.” If our descendents are to remain free, then we must get informed and involved so that we can stop those who would destroy our national sovereignty and the freedoms that we have so long enjoyed! WHAT CAN WE DO? 1. Please make copies of this newsletter to give to others. 2. We need to go back to “basics” in our public schools. We need to find and republish the old textbooks on American history and “civics” ((i.e., “the branch of political science that deals with civic affairs and the duties and rights of citizenship” (Per Webster’s Dictionary)). We also need to get back to “basics” on math, science, English language, and literature! 3. Those with influence in America’s major veteran organizations (e.g., the American Legion and the VFW) need to get their national leadership to correct their organizations’ documents to reflect the fact that the United States of America is a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC, and not a “democracy”. The major veteran organizations should also take the lead in making sure that future generations of Americans are taught the truth about America’s history and the form of government [i.e., a constitutional republic] that our founding fathers gave to us! 4. If you do not know much about American history and “civics”, please go to a library and find some of the old textbooks on those subjects, and do some serious study. Find out what our founding fathers had to say on the matters of government before all these good old books disappear down some deep “memory hole”. Representative government only works when the citizenry is well-informed on important topics (like history, civics, political science, etc.), and where the citizenry holds its elected representatives responsible for how they vote on key issues.

Republic Versus Democracy Monday, April 3, 2004 By Darryl Eberhart HERE ARE SOME GREAT QUOTES: “Most people, sometime in their lives, stumble across the truth. Most jump up, brush themselves off, and hurry on about their business AS IF NOTHING HAD HAPPENED.” Sir Winston Leonard Churchill (1874-1965; British statesman and writer) Dear reader, you are about to meet some ‘truth’ that the controlled mainstream media and our federal government try to suppress. What will you do with this information? “Every step...towards...democracy is an advance towards destruction...Liberty has never yet lasted long in a democracy; nor has it ever ended in anything better than despotism.” (1801) FisherAmes(1758-1808; Congressman from Massachusetts) “Our sages in the great [Constitutional] Convention devised the best distribution of power into separate departments... They intended our government should be a REPUBLIC. We are sliding down into the mire of a democracy, which pollutes the morals of citizens before it swallows up their liberties.” (1805) FisherAmes “We did produce a near perfect REPUBLIC. Will we keep it or, in the enjoyment of it, lose the memory of freedom? Material abundance without character is the surest way to destruction.” Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826; 3rd President of the United States) “Democracies have ever been the spectacles of turbulence and contention, have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property, and have been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.” James Madison (1751-1836; 4th President of the United States; author of the Bill of Rights) “One rarely hears national leaders refer to the ‘republic’ anymore. Instead national debate today has been centered around the idea of ‘democracy’, rule by the majority. While the word ‘democracy’ has a nice egalitarian ring to it, there are definite drawbacks. Perhaps the clearest example of ‘democracy’ in action is an old-fashioned lynch mob. Everyone cries ‘Hang him!’ and the majority has its way. Our forefathers…clearly understood the drawbacks of pure democracy. They had the forethought to create a republican system of laws.” Jim Marrs (Author of the book The War on Freedom: The 9/11 Conspiracies) “There was not one man among the Founding Fathers who wanted a democracy. Thus, when we are told by our government that the American form of government is a democracy, that statement is not true.” John W. Chalfant (Author of the book Abandonment Theology: The Clergy and the Decline of American Christianity) “A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse [i.e., generous ‘gifts’] from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.” (1805) Alexander F. Tyler (1747-1813; professor of history at the University of Edinburgh) “[Democracy]: Attitude towards property is communistic – negative property rights. Attitude towards law is that the will of the majority shall regulate, whether it is based upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice and impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences. It results in demagogism, license, agitation, discontent, anarchy.” Old U.S. ARMY Training Manual’s definition of “democracy” “I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the REPUBLICfor which it stands…” Note: It does not say: “and to the democracy for which it stands”. (From the Pledge of Allegiance) 1828 Webster’s Definitions for “Republic” and for “Democracy” “REPUBLIC”: “A commonwealth; a state in which the exercise of the sovereign power is lodged in representativeselected by the people. In modern usage, it differs from a democracy or democratic state, in which the people exercise the powers of sovereignty in person…” “DEMOCRACY”:“A form of government, in which the supreme power is lodged in the hands of the people collectively, or in which the people exercise the powers of legislation…” It is very important to remember that the United States of America was founded as a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC! A constitutional republic is a nation ruled by LAW. A democracy is a nation ruled by the “mob” (i.e., majority rule). Indeed, one definition of a “democracy” is “mob-ocracy”. Possibly the very best definition this editor has heard for a “democracy” is: “two wolves and a sheep sitting down and taking a vote on what to have for dinner”.

I thought that movie was very informative it made sense and was supported by facts. You say you don't agree but your only explanation is that it is over simplified then you attack republicans. I would really like to understand the liberal way of thinking but none of you ever make sense or use facts to make a point when presented with facts you say they must not be true they came from a conservative place then your best arguments seem to be attacking or making fun of conservatives, bush, or republicans never really giving any explanation. Please explain why the movie is not true without attacking any one.

In order to argue with my friend better i looked up the homepage of the Republican party, the Democratic party, and even the Libertarian party. The Libertarian was the easiest to understand very well written made a lot of sense they had what they believe in all laid out. The republican was harder to follow. They did not explain what they believed in very well on there page. Now the Democratic Party home page was kind of scary. Under what they stand for they have listed first there plan to end the war in Iraq and invest in renewable natural resources. Second they have listed The 50-State Strategy (The Democratic Party is committed to winning elections at every level in every region of the country. When Democrats ask for your vote, we can win anywhere. With the 50-State Strategy, we will take back this country, neighborhood by neighborhood, block by block, and vote by vote.) Now I don't no about you but that sounds to me like there after complete domination of our great country. I have heard people say that the democrats are just after power and i believe it but i did not think they would advertise it and put it at the top of there beliefs on there homepage. I don't believe you can trust any one that is after complete domination especially when their willing to sacrifice our constitution in order to get it. They might as well call themselves the legion of doom.

Now I don't no about you but that sounds to me like there after complete domination of our great country.

Why stop there? If you want to get are point across don't just send a tea bag to the White House. Our state representatives could use a message to. So could the main stream media if they were doing there job people would have known what was going on and done something about it already. I say send a tea bag to all those that let us down.
