It's disgusting. I can't see anything appealing in a human being stuffing his/het guts like a swine preparing for slaughter. I happened to see by chance part of Man vs Food show and I though it was sick - making a celebrity out someone who's able to eat excessive amount of food.

I don't give a toss. 20 years ago I was told not to eat butter because of cholesterol and to eat margarine instead. Then I was told margarine is full of chemicals and butter is good for you. For ages iwas being told told than one should drink 1 litre of water a day and recently researches revealed it was rubbish. And I can go on like this. So I'm gonna eat whatever I fancy. I need to die of something anyway...

We really need to shop around but it's worthwile. Yesterday I phoned the company I have an insurance with and asked for a quote for my wife (we decided to buy a second cheap car because translink passes for her and a wee one would cost us the same yearly) and was quoted £1100. Quick search on the net and giving the same details for quote and we got a price of £311.

And to my suprise there is almost no flags on my street this year. There are only 2 Union Jacks flying above doors but they look rather neat. Last year almost every house was "marked" with buntig or other emblems. And even to my bigger suprise few weeks ago kids startet gathering pallets and other crap on our street and about after a week city council came and lifted this all up and cleaned the street?! Imagine that? I heard that council "is not allowed to remove materials" for July bonfires. It must be some wind of change.

It took him 5 days to feel sorry and eventually apologise :-) Come on, Mr Elliott, you should have better remain silent than giving the "apology" which IMO is some sort of statement rather or an attempt to whiten you actual words than an apology. Apart from that confessing sins without remorse doesn't count. And Mr Elliott was clearly forced to make this apology. And good for Mr McClarty to stay away from him.

Can somebody please explain this to me? What's the plan? These people of course want to kill police officers and to achieve this they are ready to sacrifice lifes of whoever finds himself/herself near a planted bomb. But what's the strategy behind this? How on earth are they planning to achieve united Ireland through this (or whatever their Cause is)? To me these are simply murders. Maybe they should put up some candidates in forthcoming Assembly elections instead of blowing up people? I really believe that ballot box is more effective weapon than armalite (with much longer lasting effects) .
