Signed up to post this, so maybe I'm starting on the wrong foot.

Something I've always liked about the Penny Arcade guys is that all of the advertising on their site is for games and things that they like or would recommend to others. They've apologized at times for running ads for games they initially liked but played a bit longer and hated.

So now, I don't want to sound accusatory, but my impression is that you want to ride the PAX train to get a lot of people interested in Halolz (not that anything is wrong with that), while PA wants to use their ads for things that they endorse. I'm not sure how to solve this, but maybe you should take solace in that their will (hopefully) always be the SDCC's and other cons that welcome everyone? (I'll add my name to the list of people waiting for a longer rant about PAX, though.)

Another thing is that while I get it's your site and you pick what's posted, maybe it would improve your standing among the "big guys" if you listened to your commenters and posted more of what they liked and less of what they disliked (coughcoughcouragekratoscoughwolfcoughwheezecoughwednesdayscough).

TL;DR: first-time poster, Penny Arcade is cool, a Halolz is fine, too.
