Everyone is talking about Health Care right now... it's a distraction. The senate votes tomorrow on the Hate Crimes bill which can heavily restrict what your pastor talks about on Sunday mornings... fyi.
Has anyone else noticed that picture that FoxNews.com has of Obama on the homepage right now? It's very interesting.
Which is a bigger crime? The CIA possibly leaving out a couple details to Congress... or Congress constantly lying and deceiving their constituents(you and me)?
If only Congress would hold themselves to the same accountability and standards they they wish to hold agencies like the CIA to.
As Michael sang... "It Don't Matter if You're Black or White."
I cannot believe that Harry Mitchell (D) of Arizona voted against it! Wow, if the 8 Republicans that voted in favor of it instead voted against it, it wouldn't have passed.
Interesting idea, but our voluntary military works well the way it is. If managed correctly, we would have enough volunteers to serve the purpose of the military - which is strictly protecting our citizens within our borders.
Because the majority of our military is acting as police for Iraq, it does stretch these volunteers too thin. If there needs to be a foreign police force in place, the UN should provide that role - otherwise what use are they?
I agree on Huckabee... Palin seemed fake during McCain's run, look forward to seeing the real her in future campaigns.
That's the role of churches, not the government. Churches are already active in communities around the government, the government doesn't need to waste tax dollars competing against them.
As if ABC has anything worth watching anyway.
