I'm sorry, but I have rarely read such an article of misinformation as the one written by Najsim Malic. He states that NATO handed freed Kosova over to the KLA. I do not recognise his account of recent history. I was living and working in Albania at this time, and was keeping abreast of what was happening in that country. I admit that maybe the KLA were no 'angels.' But who was doing the murdering, raping, destruction of ethnic-Albanian homes? It was the Serbs. There is no question about this. It is a proven fact, and to deny it is to suggest a biased and false view of events. What is wrong with a restored Greater Albania. After all, the countries surrounding the country have 'stolen' so much of its territory over the years. The ridiculous Serbian claims of Kosova being it's 'Heartland' being a case in point. If it was such an important place to Serbia, why was 90% of the population Albanian? Where were the loyal Serbs? Of course they were not there. It was a 'stolen' region. Kosova is now free and the Serbs and their allies need to recognise that fact. The sooner that is done, the sooner the Balkans will have peace and political stability.
