Understanding that the e-classes will become mandatory and that the students will pay for these classes or will not be able to graduate. My question is what happens to the student of families that are not able to pay for these classes or the technology that is required to take these classes? Will only the "haves" become educated and the "have not's" become serfs? Check it out not everyone has cell phones or home computers.
