can someone explain the difference between logging into "Intense Debate" and "WordPress" because for some comments I have to log in via "Intensedebate" and the others, like this post, "WordPress?" I have no clue... That being said, off topic- who despises Janeane Garofalo? For some reason that broad's comments gets my blood boiling, which is good in a way cause it averts my attention away from the displeasure the Mets are causing me this year... I do acknowledge this post has no baseball substance, so my apolgies

As per David Lennon from NEWSDAY- some valid suggestions How to fix the Mets-I know we're nine games into the season, but the Mets have to make these changes: 1. Leave Ryan Church alone in rightfield. He deserves to be there, not to mention he's the club's best offensive AND defensive option in right. What else is there to discuss? 2. As for leftfield, it's time to split that position between Daniel Murphy and Fernando Tatis. Not necessarily a platoon, either. Murphy is struggling defensively and Tatis needs playing time. 3. Move Luis Castillo up to the No. 2 spot in the lineup. He's better than Murphy at taking pitches - to help Jose Reyes get going on the basepaths -- is a great bunter and his on-base percentage (.448) is more than a hundred points higher than Murphy's. 4. Gary Sheffield is not going to work out. Let him hit his 500th homer, as long as it happens in the next week or so, and then part ways. The Mets are better off giving the playing time to Fernando Tatis.

Fact: From MLBTRADERUMORS.COM- thought this was interesting. Twins Claim Morillo; Designate Humber According to La Velle E. Neal III of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, the Twins claimed reliever Juan Morillo off waivers from the Rockies and designated Philip Humber for assignment. They must feel that Morillo has more upside given the mid-90s heat. Both pitchers are out of options. Tracy Ringolsby of Inside The Rockies notes that the Twins were the 21st in line to make the Morillo claim. Humber, 26, was chosen third overall by the Mets in '04. He was traded to the Twins as part of the Johan Santana deal in February of '08.

Tim Robbins should have signed Manny, he's got the money, especially after he filtered out all of that money from Warden Norton when he was in Shawshank prison

I do realize there are more unproductive hitters, but not many. I was just trying to make a point that every time he comes up, it may as well be the likes of Rafael Santana. I have no confidence in, as a person he seems like he has quality character, but zero confidence… have a good one
