A better fiscal decision for Indiana would be to let the other 13 states spend the money on lawyers and if indeed the bill is an unconstitutional infringement on state's rights, then it will be struck down at the federal level, and Indiana would reap whatever perceieved benefit, without having to pay the lawyers. I happened to be outside cleaning the street gutter of leaves so the puddles would drain. The guy saw what I was doing (shovel, trash can and 100' of soaked leaves in the gutter), and before he Left he used the blade on his truck to scrape the leaves into a pile which made it much easier. The ACLU is clearly correct in their case, the ballot is unconstitutional, as is the prayer. The ballot itself is particularly troubling as it is clearly a case of the establishment of religion.
