You make a good point, but what if the youngsters disappoint? What if they get overrun and battered every match? We need to buy someone well established and experienced in order to avoid a season like last year.

Nice! Dani back is great news, now Villa and Puyol are up. I know Puyol will be fit for the new season, his injury was not that bad. I must say, I am quite impressed with the route that they took on Villa. He is getting alot of time to rest, alot of training, a proper recovery, I applaud the staff. Now he just needs to go that extra mile and be ready for the SuperCup!

I bet that in the real Euro starting XI Pique will replace Albiol, Busquets will replace Cazorla, Xavi will replace Silva, Silva will replace Mata, Iniesta will replace Navas, and Pedro will replace Negredo... Or maybe Fabregas will replace Silva? I do not know, but this team is so stacked that it is not even technically fair for those who don't make the final 23, too many great players, but Torres worries me, and they did not take Soldado -__-

This is very disappointing. Im gonna come out and say it; this season was lost due to injuries, too much rotation, and a lack of consistency. For next season we need to reinforce the back line! This was where the season was lost. After Abidal's terrible illness, the back line went from thin to pretty much paper thin. Point is, we need a center back, as well as a left back. This will allow Puyol, Abi(if he is able to play, HOPEFULLY!) to get a much needed rest! Also the thousands of muscle injuries and knocks. Can the trainers please put the whole team on the same diet and stretch them like they do with Messi?! We need it. Also no huge experiments and no radical rotations next season. Pep used at least 30 different lineups in 38 matches! No more of this, please set a permanent starting XI and have 1-2 backups for each player. This way if anyone is tired of injured, they can be filled in for. Now I'm NOT saying that the same 11 should play all 62+ matches, but at least 35-40 of those should be played with a somewhat permanent lineup. Also Messi should be subbed out if the match is 3-0, 4-0, 5-0, etc. by the 70th minute. This way he is fresh and ready for every game. We all know what he can do with a nice rest!

idk about you guys, but i would hate to see any players leave. hopefully rossell can bring out his bargaining side and get us thiago silva + alba for under 60 million... in offense, and midfield, the team was amazing this year, but our defense was a long way behind. all of our defenders played tremendously well, but we only have 6, including abidal and mascherano. point is, tito needs to close up the defense, make us an unbreakable wall. he also needs to construct a fierce competition for the starting xi, that means that no favorites make it in the lineup, except if they are in top form. if that means keita, pinto, and tello starting every game, then be it. This will be a reform for the team, but it will be much needed if we want to re-revolutionize the game once again
