Big Hollywood : Big Peace: The July 4th Happy Birthday to America Launch!

I know this sounds morose, but will you be putting the DOD report on casualties daily on Big Peace? I think its very important for people to know and for fairness to be returned to media, where during the Bush years, it was a daily if not hourly report.

Big Government : Weekend Open Thread

THEY are considering a 2nd "stimulus". Here's an idea or two....how about repeal the 1st "stimulus" and revamp it to include tax cuts and loans to small businesses OR use the remainder of the 1st "stimulus" to affect job creation. Are the IDIOTS in congress claiming the 1st "stimulus" did not work and they need a 2nd? If so, why would they think a 2nd "stimulus" would work? There will be considerably more resistance to the 2nd "stimulus" than the 1st.

Glenn Beck - The 912 Project : The Coming USA Census Will Give ACORN a Big Role

Predecessor of ACORN was National Welfare Reform Organization. NWRO was created by George Wiley. George Wiley was a militant activist that was recruited by Richard Cloward and Frances Piven, two professors from New York. Cloward and Piven created a strategy to overload that welfare system and cause social reform. Wiley used his thugs to storm welfare agencies and demand the welfare benefits they were owed. The thugs also tried to get as many people signed up for welfare as possible. Rudy Guilani tried to expose this strategy in NY but the founders, Cloward and Piven, went underground with their beliefs. So Wade Rathke was a subordinate of Wiley and Rathke created ACORN (Arkansas Community Organizations for Reform Now................Arkansas? Clintons?). Rathke used a system where ACORN offices were opened all over the country and changed the name to Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, which is currently used. Rathke also was part of George Soros and Secretary of State Clinton's Shadow Party. What happened to the investigations of ACORN? Do you think they will get much farther with the primary beneficiary in power? Obama is trying to put MORE people on the welfare rolls now.................sound familiar?
