And as I understand: According the the laws of 1961 his mother could not pass her citizenship down to him because of her age. To pass American citizenship you had to be a citizen for at least 10 years and at least 5 of those years had to be lived in the United states for at least 5 years after the age of 15. His mother was only 18 which would make Barry a British subject after his father, not even dual citizenship.

With his father serving in the US Navy stationed in Panama, would that make McCain a Panamanian citizen? BS. You inherit the citizenship of your parents.
McCain's parents were American citizens, Obama's father was a British subject and his mother too young to pass her citizenship down to him; so why did the Senate question McCain on his citizenship but did not question Obama?
