44 GRIEVANCES AGAINST THIS ADMINISTRATION & CONGRESS (PART 1)

Federalization of our healthcare system is not my only concern. The list below indicates my growing concern about and grievances against this Congress and administration.

1. Bailing out companies that should have been allowed to fail
2. Unnecessary and unwise haste in passing crucial legislation that will forever change America
3. Legislators not reading what they are voting on
4. Creating jobs for mainly labor union members and ignoring the plight of other unemployed citizens (at least this is very obvious in Maine)
5. Voter fraud found in at least 14 states, no clear strategy to prevent it in the future, and lack of quick prosecution
6. Widespread corruption in Congress and Cabinet overlooked
7. Out of control, highly imprudent congressional spending
8. S-Chip for “children” up to age 30
9. Children being enslaved to impossible debt repayment
10. Refusing to prosecute Congressmen and others who caused the market crash and foreclosures

THIS IS WHY WE MUST FIGHT FOR LIBERTY - PLEASE READ____The following quote is from a Chinese human rights lawyer, Gao Zhisheng, who has gone through unspeakable torture because he wrote to the U.S. Congress. Below is a small excerpt. Go to http://www.freegao.com for more. ____"...your persistence is especially precious given the almost total silence, or even subservience, of the mainstream international world in the past few years in front of the tyranny of Chinese communist regime, a parvenu government that stops at no evil. Your persistence is a symbol of the light of humanity. The persistence you and many others show in refusing to collaborate with this fascist government is a strong wall that the overbearing communist regime can not stride over. This persistence is a buoy that keeps the oppressed from being completely drowned by darkness, and it is the hope and source of strength for the downtrodden Chinese people who are struggling for human rights. It will keep us going with our peaceful protest. You and other people of conscience are an important force that makes it possible for Chinese people to peacefully abandon the tyranny and to establish a free, democratic and civilized new China."

AFL-CIO COMMUNITY ORGANIZING ARM - WORKING AMERICA

http://www.workingamerica.org/issues/jobs.cfm

"With nearly 2.5 million members, we are the fastest growing progressive organization in the country and we are accepting applications for the following positions available in cities across the country."

Reading information on their site, the rhetoric sounds communistic in philosophy and aims. It is very anti-rich, anti-corporation, has a global aim, and seeks to influence healthcare reform, working conditions, government control of corporations, pay for workers, the green economy, etc.

<DIV>Wow! I never thought about people who have never applied for unemployment or whono longer have unemployment benefits. You're right! The percentage is probably much higher than is being reported. You should call in to Glenn Beck and mention that.</DIV> <DIV></DIV> <DIV>My husband hasn't had a permanent job for over 15 months when his plant closed. Mike has been trying very hard to get employment and is willing to do anything. He worked for a few days passing out flyers;his regular work is accounts payable. His unemployment runs out in October and I don't know what we are going to do since I am unable to work and we've used all of our savings (except $549)and our 401k. Guess we will join the ranks of those living out of our car.Maybe it will be liberating to get rid of of non essentials.</DIV> <DIV></DIV> <DIV>Keep up the fight, and good luck with the job search.</DIV> <DIV>Justine

And a buffer between the President and the Congress. Bad news when you have so many on the inner, inner circle.
