I dont think we need it at all. i mean whens the last time u did a crime out of love?? im half mexican and white iv lived in mexico when i was 8 and 9, i went to inner city schools and the most raceist people i seen were black and mexican.Not say whites arnt but i think they/we have come along way from that.plus its harder to get away with it if ur not a minority.i think at one point the law might have helped but in a day when some of the biggist hate groups/gangs are mexicans or blacks the law is out of date. the KKK is all but gone now, but SUR13 its growing all the time crips and bloods and off clits of them are just as big as always MS13 and such gangs are killing all the time,And yes some that they are killing are white but whens that last time you they went to jail for a hate crime.All in all its not fair if they wont make it fair then we dont need it!

I like how they act like waterboarding is so bad.when i was a kid friends used to push my head under the water alot,I didnt like it but i dont think its all that bad. Its not like we were pulling out finger nails.
