the stupid continues as the .270 is a higher calibre than a .223, which he shot last. if a .270 isn't going to do it, a .223 isn'g going to~ it has twice of the ft/lb force that the .223 does.

yeah... Technically, that summary is correct in most respects. Not all arms are allowed, and certain weapons (automatic, surpressed, and short barrel rifles) require a registration with the ATF through an FFL3 license/stamp. Felon's (violent) have been restricted from owning firearms since 1934.. And as some others have said, that summary, while not comprehensive, is MUCH more accurate than what most gun fetishists understand the Amendment to say.
