In government terms that's that's a Priority I project. That's a fast-track project. Ogden goes on to describe those "aggressive" steps, saying to "fortify its Project Gunrunner... specifically to facilitate gun tracing..."

You changed the language. I said that there are no supervisors in the Army. There is no such title. There are team leaders, squad leaders, platoon sergeants, platoon leaders, company commanders, battalion commanders, etc. At no time in my tour did I ever address or consider a senior NCO or officer as my supervisor. The concept is absurd. Of course, if you worked in mil-press relations or the personnel office, you really weren't in the Army. It's reall nice of you to defend the AP though.
