AIG bonus plan should turn into a severance pay plan for the individuals in that operational department of AIG as reported they caused the problem, that department is a failure and should be closed and with department closure could the bonus contract be void?

We need to do one of two things; either vote all current members of the house and senate out of office of office at the next time they are up for re-election both the dem's and repub's are for the party not the public interest of the United States, they are in bed with special interest groups and care only about getting re-elected. OR we need a third party of the people, let the conservatives be in a party, the progressives in another and the party of the people have their party hopefully about 40% to 60% not large enough to have everything their way and would require help for either of the other parties.. Two party system guarantees gridlock and we the people are made to suffer.
