I agree that a successful boycott of one network would send a message to the other two. And you didn't have to mention MSNBC. I almost divorced my wife for putting that channel on in our house.

Thanks for the info. He's obviously a lefty activist. I hope that if he in fact did serve, that his comrades in arms are aware of his dishonorable beliefs and actions and never speak to or of him again. His name shouldn't be spoken amongst honorable warriors.

If I had served with this man I would treat him as I do anybody that I'm aware of that voted for Obama......I simply don't speak to them anymore. Family, friends or whatever. Unless they exhibit complete and total regret and have done something other than just talk, to counter their incredible mistake, such as speaking openly to other dummies and trying to wake them up. Or donating to conservative organizations, etc.

I don't believe the case can be appealed due to "double jeopardy", but ANYBODY can file a complaint with the Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board. I've included a link below. This judge obviously has allowed his religion to effect his decision making and also does not understand the US Constitution, therefore he should be removed from the bench.

This type of free speech is EXACTLY what the first amendment of the Constitution protects.

I won't applaud his service. HE doesn't deserve it after that dishonorable statement. If he did in fact serve, then he completely dishonored his service by making such ridiculous statements such as "jack-booted thugs". But I question if in fact this POS actually did serve.

Regardless of a persons beliefs on the legitimacy of the Iraq war, when you use the phrase "pasty white guy" you completely expose your racist, anti-American beliefs which delegitimizes all that you've said.

As for the AP stating that the police documenting conversations that the officer heard while operating in an undercover capacity is a violation of the 1st Amendment is simply ludicrous. And he's a moron for stating it.
