Since learning more about "Progressives" I see that politicians are (for the most part) either Progressive or they or not and ya have to look carefully to see which they are. Words are cheap look at their voting records. I have a Fed Rep that is voting in a way that I like and I have e mailed him my appreciation. I have Fed Sens that aren't voting the way I like and I have told them I (and others) are watching. Politicians need to remember their personal opinions on something doesnt matter its OUR opinion that matters. Its not what they think is best for us its what WE think is best for us. There are alot of people here and some have some good ideas, the problem is that there isn't anyone that I have seen that is working to bring the good ideas together to form an actual working plan. So far it's just all talk. Is there anyone moderating or overseeing this site that is trying to pull ideas together or are we just blowing hot air into the wind. I would like to see something to say that ideas are being collected and that progress is being made for action. This vent is a great place but I would also like to see offshoots for each problem we face. A place to post ideas to get rid of the fed and back on gold,, a place to put ideas to deal with a run away congress,, a place to put ideas on how to deal with a opinionated judiciary,, a place to put ideas for a run away pres,, and spending,, and such and so on.. Placing ideas into one big stew pot for them to get lost isn't doing any good in my opinion. I have thoughts about all branches and levels of govt and would like to compare and contrast them with others of a similar theme side by side would be great. Any moderaters listening?
