I have read your literature. Perhaps I'm wrong but, from what I can tell, your ultimate objective is to hold a ConCon (Constitutional Convention). I think this is the most dangerous thing we could do right now. The people we have elected to protect our country and our Constitution have abandoned their values, and US. Therefore, a concon would be a disaster, IMHO. I fear that what would emerge would be the USSA (United Soviet States of America). Who would we be able to trust to participate in the actual convention? Again, IMHO, we must not allow this to happen. Also, doesn't your group charge membership fees verses ask for donations? I believe so. but perhaps I'm wrong. Please enlighten me, in a new thread. Thanks.

Commonsensible, I want to post this on the Stand Up & Lead forum, but I (we, if anybody wants to help) need to research how to frame this thing so that a federal judge can't just throw it out of court. I have a busy schedule today that I have to deal with, so I really won't have time to do much research until tomorrow.

Wow! I missed Hannity last night... I was researching the legal validity of such a law suit. I really don’t want to give up on this idea, even though one of the members here, I think it was right2beararms, contacted Levin’s law firm yesterday and was told this suit won’t fly. I found some case law where other people have sued the government using a statute called: FTCA (Federal Tort Claims Act). I need to do more research on this. I’m afraid I put the cart before the horse on this one. I’ll update the thread when/if I find something.
