Better they get an solid education, or at least have that opportunity, rather than stay undeducated and in poverty as a drain on our social welfare system. If these kids were born in the US, they are US citizens...at least that's how the Constitution works now. The ad seems to be directed at some of the parents who may not be the best at English. And I can't envision what "ProudOfCR" means by "the motive is money"....these kids are more likely in low income families and will probably find financial aid to help pay for school. It's great to see our public universities stepping up to encourage more education for all our kids.
