If you research this you will see "voluntary relinquishment" was by court order! Now why do you suppose that would be if this were a Bar Association matter only? Had to have been a misconduct issue. Mrs. Obummer was first to "give up" hers and was later hired as a Chicago hospital employee at over $300.000.00 a year (after her husband got a big fat grant for the hospital while he was a Senator). Part of her duties included acting as the hospital's legal adviser.........How does one fulfill that job requirement with NO LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW? I always thought it was UNLAWFUL to practice law without a license!! I am sure however, that they have both broken so many laws that one so minor as that wouldn't concern either of them.
