It really is that simple as Mr. Skelton so eloquently explained. I am happy to report that a school in Texas still says the Pledge of Allegiance and the pledge to the Texas Flag every morning.

Glenn and everyone here, If someone has not already started this we should all chip in and donate money to purchase Marcus Luttrell a new puppy. This has got to be a tough time for him. If we were able to get one thousand people to donate twenty-five cents that would total $250.00 to purchase a new dog that "We The People" of The 9 12 Project could give him. I think that would be a nice jester of kindness that we could give this American Hero. What do you think? If you like the idea respond to me and I will put up a link to paypal for the donations.

We have been on this road for quite some time and the speed is now increasing every day. I agree with you, power that is given away almost never is restored. We must organize to slow down and eventually stop this encroachment on our society. I say that we do this by banding together and making our strong unified voice heard loud and clear. So loud that it scares the $h1t out of all elected positions. Then we systematically vote out of office all that do not agree with our values and principles. I am very concerned about our country and I want to do something now to change things, then i realized that I am doing something. I am reaching out to likeminded individuals like you that are reading this post. I am attending the San Antonio Tea Party. I am talking to my neighbors and co-workers about the issues facing our country today. I / WE WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE COME ELECTION TIME. See you at the polls.

I am afraid that someone in the republican party is going to stand up and most of us are going to fall for it. republican or democrat its the same thing, bad for our country! we need to start fresh if we are going to get anything accomplished. Securing our borders is not only an immigration problem, but a huge security problem. I agree that a solution to the illegal immigration problem must be reached but first we have to secure our borders. If Mexicans can just walk across into the US so can anyone else. There are people in this world that want to see all Americans dead. How hard do you think it would be to smuggle weaponry into the US? Answer: Not hard at all, just walk it across, load it into a truck and off you go to blow up a building or a sporting event. I agree with you Charles. We have really become a society of ignorant sheep. Well, allot of society, not me and you. lol In our taking our country back we need to add education to the list of "Needs Reforming". Thank you TSToney, This Nation was formed with religious principles and we have strayed as a people. We must go back to basics and remember what is important, I mean really important, to each of us and bring back the good moral fiber that held us together. Without that moral fiber we will end up, well like we are now.
