It sounds great to eliminate 18 traffic signals and that federal funds would pay for most of the project. With that in mind would it hurt business? All I can think of is Griffiss Park in Rome and Carrier Circle in Syracuse but, they don't have business on the cusp of those roundabouts. We should study this more closely as it would be detrimental to hurt the remaining small business that is located there.
