Isn't Baez arguing against Florida law and/or policy to release information to the public? And haven't all of Casey's wild pictures been all over the internet already? I think the only reason Baez is doing this is for the publicity. None of them can stand it when things quiet down and there is nothing being released about this case. I believe both sides are in it for the fame and $$$$$$$ they will get for future books, movies, interviews.
I don't see anybody concerned about what happened to the baby and expressing the appropriate horror for what must have happened to her. (As we have seen appropriate expressions of grief for other children like Polly, Jessica and Samantha.)
