Then Obama sits and blames 'inheriting' the bad economy. NO - THIS CONGRESS PASSED THIS BILL, THIS PRESIDENT SIGNED IT. They are going to try and TAX THE MONEY AFTER THE FACT! Basically - it's like YOU made $50000 in 2006, 2007, 2008 and they decided that they want to raise your tax bracket in 2009 but retroact it to 2006, and YOU have to make those payments to the IRS.
