I would love to see Gladney go for a civil suit against SEIU for violating his civil rights. For those of you that are locals though, I would protest to the State Attorney General or even the local Feds to have the charges elevated to hate crimes since they were yelling slurs while they were wailing on him. Since the thugs were there as assigned by, and possibly paid by, SEUI, they should be charged as well for conspiracy to violate his civil rights and rights to free speech.
