When the health care reform debate started I signed up for email updates on health care reform from the White House, Organizing America and other liberal groups to stay informed on what they are doing. After reading this article I created an email rule that forwards all the "fishy" email I receive from these groups to flag@whitehouse.gov just like the White House Director of New Media requested. I urge anyone else who can to do the same. I am sure the White House will be interested in all the input from concerned citizens. I am not so sure they will be as happy about all the additional email traffic. ;)

I don’t think bipartisan means what Senator Schumer thinks it means. In what is now looking like a huge strategic mistake on their part Schumer and the Democrats have made sure that the Republicans have no part in the health care legislation disaster.

It is astounding that ABC, NBC, CBS, et al spend so much time reporting on Sarah Palin recently but not a word about Dodd and Conrad. I hope for once Americans will not forget what goes on in Washington come next fall. I have an idea for a new political party that doesn’t entangle itself in a lot of hot-button issues. It is very focused and new members can join by raising their right hand and reciting the party’s one platform plank; “I hereby pledge I will never vote for an incumbent.”

If Ms. Loven considers Obama’s changing his rhetoric from "deeply concerned" to "appalled and outraged" a "clear toughening of his rhetoric” when referring to those being brutally repressed in Iran it is apparent why she is so often called upon first at the daily white house press briefings.
