he is done. he has been done for 10 years now lol. his punches were slow, and out of target, his movement was slow too. Those muscles did one thing and one thing only for him. Took away his gas faster, but he wont need any because he cant finish one round agaisnt an already shot fighter too. ....

Not even funny to watch. He should train as a fighter not as a bodybuilder. Work on handspeed and head movement.. try to go in and land 3 to 4 punches quick and get out. that is enough to win all fights outside UFC.

he is too old for that, the man is 35 already. i think after his contract is up he is going to retire. He does it for the martial arts not the money so i think he will be smart and retire. Unless he pulls of a chuck.

you know what ruined this site? This fucking dashboard where anyone can be anyone and say anything without a ban or consequence. Result? magnet for haters, immature kids, all the scum. As the site became popular, more and more people came. With those people came a few bad apples that just sit here now cuz they love to ruin others fun so, even the site owner now is unmotivated to update this site frequently. and this is why i dont share my wisdom here. Its basically a waste of time.
