Google Translate turns that into:
If mounted in Stormrider, Logan Grimnar performs 4 additional attacks S5, AP and Steely special rule in step 5 of each Initiative Assault phase. This may provide an additional movement Join the fight.

When compared to German leaks earlier this week, Steely was proven to mean 'Rending'.

“This may provide an additional motion during combat to Join?”
It means it can provide an extra pile-in move at the I5 step, if Logan decides to use all of his attacks with the Unwieldy profile.

It's not inspiring, for veterans but especially for new players, to see every article greeted with a tsunami of negativity. What's worse is, I can't even blame the people who are negative about 40k as a whole. I've no idea what should be done to fix this problem, and it saddens me.

For me personally, what is really killing 40k, is the negativity permeating the community. It showed up at YTTH first, where Stelek tried to make a difference, but noone cared, and he then turned into a (bigger) whiny bitch. Then his community drank the Koolaid, and that whole blog wasnt worth reading for 40k.

Over time though, with questionable decisions on GWs end, more and more 'vets' became bitter, and I think it is because the fun is taken out of it. Everyone has a different reason, some say Escalation, some say bad codexes, some find their pride-and-joy army suddenly invalided from a competitive perspective. It doesn't matter what the reason is, it seems the entire competitive 40k community (as far as I am exposed to it), has lost their love for their hobby to some degree. And their hobby isn't just painting, like GW wants it to be. It involves playing a tactical game on a playing field which is as level as possible. And the field has never been more skewed, and there is no time for it to level out, because the next broken supplement, codex, unit, mini-army, etc. is already there.

Haters gonna hate... welcome to the beautiful world of 40k blogs, where the people who like your articles stay quiet, to avoid the torrent of verbal excrement that aforementioned 'haters' will spout, regardless of the content of your article.

I for one welcome an experienced player to the group of writers at 3++, and look forward to reading about your insights into listbuilding, and the critical first few minutes of a game.

I thought it was GWs ridiculous notion that playtesting is irrelevant that was driving me away from 40k, but I am beginning to think it is all the negativity that surrounds it. Why did the replies to this post turn into a tournament wins pissing match? All of the people that came here to be negative about the article or the writer, please stay the hell away from the Dropzone Commander forums, where people still know how to be nice to eachother.

I think the Multitracker only allows the use of 2 guns, in the shooting phase, so not in the assault phase when overwatch happens. Or have I completely missed something?

Solution for FMCs: point markerlights at them till they fall from the sky, use markerlight hits to reduce scatter on R'Varna, profit.
